🍽️ Meals: Breakfast & Dinner 🛏️ Overnight: Luxor

After breakfast, your day begins in Luxor, one of the most magical places in Egypt, where every stone tells a story.
Start with a visit to the Karnak Temple Complex, a breathtaking site that took more than 2,000 years to build. Walk through the Great Hypostyle Hall, where 134 towering columns rise toward the sky. Listen as your Egyptologist guide explains how the pharaohs built this sacred place to honor the god Amun and how sunlight once aligned perfectly with its gateways during ancient festivals.
Continue to the Luxor Temple, located right in the heart of the city. Built more than 3,000 years ago, it was a center for festivals and celebrations. Its huge statues and graceful courtyards come to life as you learn about Egypt’s golden age.
After your visits, enjoy some free time to relax, shop for souvenirs, or simply sit by the Nile and take in the view. The evening is yours to enjoy, perhaps with an optional sound and light show at Karnak Temple or a quiet dinner at your hotel.

Enjoy your final breakfast in Luxor before crossing the Nile to explore the West Bank, home to some of Egypt’s most iconic ancient sites.

Step inside and feel the timeless silence that has protected these treasures for thousands of years. If you wish, you can visit the Tomb of Tutankhamun, a truly unforgettable experience.
Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, carved directly into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari. This elegant monument honors one of Egypt’s most powerful rulers, a queen who reigned like a pharaoh and left a legacy of beauty and strength.
On your way back, stop to see the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that have guarded Luxor’s west bank for more than 3,000 years.
After lunch, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight or onward journey. As you say farewell to Egypt, you’ll carry home memories of ancient wonders, warm smiles, and the incredible moment you stood beneath the shadow of the 2027 Total Solar Eclipse.
