By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions which govern your travel experience. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and unforgettable memories.
Booking & Payment Policy
Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Wire Transfer, PayPal

Individual Bookings:

  • Normal Season: 25% non-refundable deposit required
  • High Season: 50% non-refundable deposit (Christmas, New Year, Easter)
  • Balance Due: 4 weeks before arrival

Group Bookings:

  • Deposit: 50% of total package price
  • Balance Due: 4 weeks before arrival
Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and vary by:

  • Season (High/Normal)
  • Accommodation class (Budget/Tourist/Luxury)
  • Package contents and duration
Note: Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier costs, taxes, or fuel increases. Changes will be communicated promptly.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply based on timing:

Cancellation Period Cancellation Fee
30 days or less before arrival 25% of total package
21 days or less before arrival 50% of total package
7 days or less before arrival 100% of total package
All cancellations must be submitted in writing before departure date.
Travel Requirements

Required Documents:

  • Valid passport (6 months minimum validity)
  • Entry visa for Egypt
  • Health certificates if required
Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
Comprehensive coverage including trip interruption, medical, liability, and baggage protection.
Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. Travelers must:

  • Be in good health and physically fit for tours
  • Provide medical conditions and dietary requirements in advance
  • Follow safety guidelines and local regulations
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose condition may pose risks to themselves or others.
Liability & Responsibilities

Respect Tours acts as a tour operator and:

  • Makes reasonable efforts to ensure safety and satisfaction
  • Cannot be held liable for third-party service failures
  • Reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Is not responsible for delays beyond our control
Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

Important Notice

All disputes are governed by Egyptian law and must be resolved in Egyptian courts. Complaints must be filed within 30 days of tour completion. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
