  • A small deposit (usually 25%–50% depending on the tour/package) is required to confirm your reservation.

  • For peak seasons (Easter, Christmas, Solar Eclipse 2027, etc.), we may request a higher deposit due to high demand.

  • Once payment is received, you'll get an official booking confirmation and invoice.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted.

  • Bank Transfer: Secure wire transfers directly to our company bank account.

Amendments by the Client

  • Amendments are possible with advance notice (fees may apply depending on hotels, cruises, or airline policies).

Final Payment

  • Full payment must be completed before the start of your trip.

  • For day tours, full payment is usually required at booking.

  • For multi-day packages, the balance can be paid upon arrival in Egypt.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations received in writing will be processed as per our Terms & Conditions.

  • Refunds depend on timing of cancellation (e.g., 30 days before arrival = full refund, less than 7 days = partial or no refund depending on services booked).

  • In exceptional cases (flight issues, emergencies), we handle refunds fairly and transparently.
