This Luxor to Aswan cruise departs every Monday.

Your journey begins in Luxor, the ancient city that was once the capital of the pharaohs and home to some of the greatest temples ever built in Egypt. After arriving, your Respect Tours representative will assist you before transferring to your Nile cruise for check-in and lunch on board.
Later in the afternoon, start exploring Luxor’s famous East Bank with a visit to Karnak Temple. More than just a temple, Karnak feels like an entire ancient city of towering columns, massive statues, hidden chambers, and long ceremonial pathways that reveal the scale of ancient Egyptian civilization.
Continue to Luxor Temple, beautifully located beside the Nile and known for its elegant atmosphere, giant statues, and fascinating mix of pharaonic, Roman, and Islamic history. Visiting the temple later in the day gives the experience a completely different feeling, especially as the warm sunlight begins to soften across the ancient stone walls.
Return to the cruise in the evening and enjoy dinner onboard before relaxing with live entertainment, music, belly dancing, and traditional whirling dervish performances that add to the atmosphere of your first night on the Nile.
🍽️ Meals: Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast onboard, begin the day by exploring Luxor’s famous West Bank, home to the royal burial grounds of ancient Egypt.
Start with the Valley of the Kings, where generations of pharaohs were buried inside hidden tombs carved deep into the desert mountains. Inside the tombs, you’ll discover colorful wall paintings, ancient hieroglyphs, and scenes connected to Egyptian beliefs about the afterlife that have survived for thousands of years.
Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, one of the most unique temples in Egypt. Built dramatically against the limestone cliffs, the temple stands out for its elegant terraces and the story of one of the most powerful female rulers in ancient Egyptian history.
Before leaving the West Bank, stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the enormous twin statues that have watched over Luxor for more than 3,000 years.
Return to the cruise for lunch onboard as the ship begins sailing toward Esna. During the afternoon, relax on the sundeck while watching the scenery slowly change along the Nile, passing palm groves, farming villages, and local boats along the riverbanks.
In the evening, enjoy the Captain’s Welcome Cocktail followed by dinner onboard and live music entertainment as the cruise remains docked overnight in Esna.
🍽️ Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Start the morning with breakfast onboard while the cruise sails through the peaceful scenery of Upper Egypt, as daily life slowly begins along the Nile.
The first visit of the day is to Edfu Temple, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. Dedicated to Horus, the falcon god, the temple is famous for its huge entrance, tall columns, and detailed carvings that are still clearly visible today.
After the visit, return to the cruise and continue sailing toward Kom Ombo while enjoying lunch onboard and relaxing views of the Nile along the way.
Later, visit Kom Ombo Temple, one of the most unique temples in Egypt, because it was built for two gods, Sobek and Haeroris. Located directly beside the Nile, the temple offers beautiful river views and a very different atmosphere from the other temples during the cruise.
Return to the cruise for dinner before enjoying the traditional Egyptian Galabeya Party onboard, with music, dancing, and a fun Egyptian atmosphere during the evening.

After breakfast onboard, begin the day by exploring some of Aswan’s most famous landmarks.
Start with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, one of Egypt’s most important modern engineering projects, offering wide views over Lake Nasser and the surrounding desert landscape.
Continue to Philae Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt. Located on an island in the Nile and reached by boat, the temple is known for its peaceful atmosphere, elegant columns, and detailed carvings dedicated to the goddess Isis.
Next, visit the Unfinished Obelisk, still lying inside its ancient granite quarry. The site offers a fascinating look at how the ancient Egyptians carved massive stone monuments and reveals the enormous scale of the obelisks they planned to build.
After the visits, return to the cruise for lunch onboard before enjoying one of the most relaxing experiences of the journey.
Later in the afternoon, sail on the Nile by traditional felucca around Kitchener’s Island and the Botanical Garden. The slow sailing experience, peaceful Nile breeze, and beautiful scenery around the islands create one of the calmest and most enjoyable moments of the cruise.
Return to the cruise for dinner onboard before enjoying the traditional Nubian Show during the evening, featuring local music and cultural performances from southern Egypt.
